It was actually lovely. Very relaxing with 95% of my time spent reading. I didn't get half the things done I wanted to, nor did I get half the people I wanted too out on the lake with me.
However I have returned relatively unscathed (save for a very nasty ich on my arms and legs. I think it may be poison oak...) and ready for some hardcore artwork! And I'm serious here... I said I'd finish my portfolio character design for the 25 of this month... and I work tomorrow.
In a glorious continuation of babbel I'll comment that J. K. Rowling has -again!- screwed around with one of my fav. characters. But I will say that the latest book was wonderfully creative and I have no idea what to expect for the next one! Hat's off to JKR!
I can hear my cat snoring in the corner. Little jerk didn't miss us at all! (So long as he was fed on time)
Well that was a lovely pointless garble of a journal. I'll close with the following statements:
Old lineart inked and ready for scanning tomorrow. AND:
Vampires are pretty cool. Seriously.
